WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1 - 2 business days. Please note that this time may be longer during periods of high demand (e.g. Christmas and other holidays).

Most orders leave our production warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.

You will then receive an email notification of both processing and shipment. All of our items ship from the United States, so within the United States please allow for 3-5 business days for shipping. Please note that orders placed from Canada will typically require additional shipping time.

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Personalizethemoment.com cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Personalizethemoment.com will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

 

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

We ship most items by UPS, so most orders should be received within 7-10 business days, except international deliveries which vary by country. 

 

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Most items are shipped from our primary warehouse and production facility, which is located in St. Petersburg, Florida.

 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

In most cases Yes. Some products such as the Heirloom Woven Blankets can only be shipped to The United States at this time.

 

WHY DON'T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK?

Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works.
